“I can’t do it on my own! I’m lost and afraid! Where do I turn?”

Reyna, a mom with four kids and a newborn baby, just out of the homeless shelter and sleeping on the floor in her apartment; clothes in garbage bags shoved to the corners of the apartment.
Saving Amy “nest featherers” Jennifer Whittington, April Lozevski and Janet Livingston fly in providing beds and a couch and a table and chairs, helping to make Reyna’s house a home.
And…more than furniture, these women give unconditional love to a family they have just met. No judgement. No condemnation. Just love.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me…I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25; 35-36,40
Enough said.

Reflection: Love is always the answer.
